The welcome we received from the staff was something I've never experienced before they treated us like family. And the spa was something else entirely I couldve spent all day in there if it weren't for the kids wanting to go outside and explore.

Only downside was the brief wait during peak hours for spa services, which felt a bit crowded at times. But the experience of lounging by the pool and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made it worthwhile.

I spent a fantastic 4 nights in a Double Room with Forest View, and I was completely blown away by the spa's extensive treatment options and tranquil environment. the variety of saunas and steam rooms truly made relaxation effortless. Dining at Leonard's was a highlight, with the nightly changing four-course menu showcasing remarkable culinary creativity. The staff's attention to detail and personalized service made me feel genuinely valued throughout my stay. The only downside was the occasional wait time for spa treatments during peak hours.
